Refund policy
1. Overview
At Krenze, we stand behind the quality of every product we deliver. In the event you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Return Policy has been designed to ensure a fair and transparent resolution process. Please read this policy carefully before initiating any return or refund request.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• Original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase must be intact
• Items must not fall under the non-returnable categories listed below
Krenze reserves the right to reject return requests that do not comply with the above conditions upon inspection.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are strictly non-eligible for return or refund:
• Items purchased during clearance, flash sales, or marked as 'Final Sale'
• Accessories including Belts and Handkerchiefs due to hygiene considerations
• Items showing signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by the customer
• Products without original packaging or tags
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must:
• Submit a return request at support@krenze.com within 7 days of delivery, quoting the order number
• Provide photographic evidence of the product condition at the time of receipt
• Await confirmation and return authorization from our customer experience team
• Ship the item to the address provided upon return authorization
Please note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item dispatched by Krenze.
5. Refund Processing
Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the returned item, refunds will be processed as follows:
• Refund to original payment method (UPI / Card) within 7-10 business days of approval
• Store credit, at the customer's discretion, issued within 3-5 business days
• Cash on Delivery orders eligible for refund via bank transfer or store credit
Krenze shall not be responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment gateways beyond our control.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@krenze.com with supporting photographic evidence. In such cases, Krenze will bear the full cost of return shipping and expedite a replacement or full refund at no additional charge.
7. Exchanges
We facilitate product exchanges for size or colour variants, subject to availability. Exchange requests follow the same 7-day eligibility window and inspection process as standard returns. Customers will be notified of availability before the exchange is confirmed.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled without charge before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted; the standard return process must be followed upon receipt. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded in full within 7-10 business days.
9. Policy Updates
Krenze reserves the right to amend this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page and take immediate effect. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically to stay informed.
